3,651 words today, between a long session at the library and a bit of extra work before heading to archery. And I'm guessing I have another 4K ahead before I finish. Well, I did say that my estimate of 5K yesterday was probably off, and possibly to be doubled.
Not so good news (Though not completely surprising): Current word count for the whole project: 145,911. YOWCH. Although I'm pretty sure I already have ideas what to trim down, I'm not sure it will be enough. Of course, I always say that.
Right now, it looks like in the race between novel draft and baby, the draft will win.
Although I'm finding that paint fumes really don't suit me (A different reason from the ones that had me worried I wouldn't be able to help), so I can't do much in my study right now. Including write a longer post than this. If I hadn't wanted to charge the Dana (Which had lots of battery left but I get paranoid), I might not have been in here this long.
