Jun. 8th, 2009 11:10 pmThree e-mails down, three e-mails to go, plus the two snail mailings. Each one wanted something different in the e-mail, of course (Though it's pretty much universal, as far as I can tell, to demand everything be in the body of the message - which strikes me as only common sense, at least at these lengths. Why would you risk 200 viruses a week?)
So of course I managed to sent the query off to the one I wanted most without any contact information. Having had no few e-mails go astray, and some from places (Like World Fantasy) that kind of *mattered*, of course this meant I had to send off a panicked follow-up and look like a dork (I think I managed to sound chagrined, not panicked, which might help.)
Anyhow, this is disturbingly stressful.

Colin's piano has, mostly due to rain, not yet moved to the house. Our dining room is pretty much unusable. Our living room is okay, more run-of-the-mill messy, but it's far from ideal.
Colin wants to do the post-revel party for the event on the 20th, just so we HAVE TO find a way to clean up.
