lenora_roseMy left wrist hurts. i did something to it today while mopping the floor for the third out of four times (One of the slop buckets - basically outdoor garbage-can sized buckets full of water and clay in unholy combinations - turns out to have a crack near the top. I mopped the first time because I threw a broken goblet* rather forcefully into one, the second when I saw a huge puddle I presumed was caused by careless first years, the third when I discovered the crack, the fourth because I nearly tipped the whole thing over after moving it to the sink to drain off enough to keep it from leaking.
The good news: three out of four goblets finished (It would be four out of five but for the breakage; that happened when the damn thing was well over 95% done).
The not so good; as above, my wrist hurts. No mandolin practice tonight. And this is about it for typing.
The realy good; after the back spasm on the weekend and this wrist thing now, I am even gladder tha before that i set up a massage appointment tomorrow morning.
