Appropriate?
May. 2nd, 2011 06:22 pmI'm probably as happy as the average person that Osama bin Laden is dead.
But really, I think there is something EXTREMELY wrong with the Winnipeg Sun choosing to headline their front page "Burn in Hell".
(There's a reason that when I read a local paper, I read the Free Press. Actually there are several. But that up there? Is definitely a perfect example of one of the major ones.)

(Which sounds like I don't know what an editorial and opinions page is for. But they seem to go right past "this is my personal opinion for once" and into outright mongering.) And how they don't seem to want to print a letter that's longer than 3 inches or large text.
And their recent habit of covering half their front page image and headline with an ad *really* doesn't impress me. (They may only do this to free coffee shop copies, or something, but it's still stupid.)
